• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with Platform features

ArmedStrong does not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: (a) other marketplace participants as necessary to complete transactions (e.g., shipping address shared with sellers); (b) service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to confidentiality obligations; (c) regulatory authorities when required by law or in connection with compliance audits; and (d) law enforcement agencies in response to valid legal process such as subpoenas, court orders, or warrants. We require all third-party service providers to maintain appropriate security measures and to use your information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

4. FFL Verification Data

Due to the regulated nature of our marketplace, FFL verification data is subject to specific handling requirements. Your FFL number and associated license information are verified against the ATF Federal Firearms License registry. This data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized personnel for compliance purposes. We periodically re-verify FFL data to ensure all marketplace participants maintain valid licenses. FFL verification records are retained in accordance with ATF record-keeping requirements, which may exceed our standard data retention periods.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and monitoring for unauthorized access. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized access.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Transaction records and compliance documentation are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in accordance with ATF record-keeping requirements. Upon account termination, we will retain information as required by law and delete or anonymize remaining data within a reasonable timeframe.

Subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements); opt out of non-essential communications; and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
